Rod Swift – President

Rod has a lifetime of experience working in the construction industry and has built a reputation for hard work and integrity. He began his own railway company at age 24, and since then has worked across Canada and the United States. Rod has been called upon by many companies to cooperate in projects. Some of his past customers include Canadian National Railway, Canadian Pacific Railway, VIA Rail, Genesee & Wyoming, Omni TRAX, Rail America, Domtar, Tenaris, Algoma Steel, Ford Canada, Shell Canada, Oryx Midstream Services, and Plains All American Pipeline LP.

Dane Sundstrom – General Manager

Since starting his career in civil construction in 1984, Dane has worked in nearly every aspect of the field from infrastructure to moving hundreds of thousands of yards of earth. He has worked with a variety of organizations including the U.S. Army Corp. of Engineers, numerous states’ Department of Transportation and many major oil companies. His background in safety and job completion is an asset to any project.

Randall Craven​ – General Superintendent

Randall Craven has over 20 years of experience in mechanical construction with an emphasis in welding. The last 14 years Randall has worked in all areas of pipeline and his knowledge has led him to managing successful projects. Randall has a reputation for being detail oriented and taking pride in project completion.

Rolando Rendon – General Superintendent

Rolando Rendon has over 10 years of experience in the oil industry. Rolando’s experience includes pipeline and facility work, where he takes pride and integrity in the company’s achievements as a team.
